Healthy Lifestyle Package - $249 + HST

If you want to take your health to the next level this is the ideal package for you. Through online and phone counseling Michelle will coach you and provide resources to ensure you are staying on track in between your Fuel meals. She will also provide you with a personalized supplement program to address any specific health goals or individual health issues.

 

Add On Additional Sessions - $59 + HST (per session)

You can add additional sessions to the Healthy Lifestyle Package if you need further counseling or have longer term goals you would like to achieve for $59 per session, also done via email, Skype, or phone.

*What will you receive:
  • An initial consultation via email, Skype or phone where we will evaluate your current state of health, discuss your goals related to health, fitness, and nutrition, and outline a specific progression, including how to use the Fuel Meal service most effectively to meet your individual needs.
  • A follow up consultation via email, Skype, or phone that will outline your individual plan, including general guidelines, specific recommendations, breakfast, snack and even healthy dessert ideas and recipes, and additional resources related to lifestyle habits.
  • A final follow up session where we will go over the changes you have made, any challenges and how to overcome them, and how to maintain your new habits.
  • Unlimited email access between counseling sessions to address any questions or concerns that may come up.

If you are simply looking to add a supplement regime to your Fuel Meal plan and you are confused about which supplements are best for you to reach your health goals, address specific nutritional needs, and achieve optimal performance in your daily life we can provide you with a completely personalized supplement protocol.

*What will you receive:
  • Based on an intake questionnaire that evaluates your current state of health, lifestyle habits, and long term goals we will design a personalized supplement plan for your unique needs.
  • You will receive full instructions on how to use your supplements including when and how to take them, how they will benefit you, and what brands to look for in a convenient protocol outline.
  • You can also have us provide you with the supplements, delivered free of charge with your meal drop off as part of this package.

Let us help you with a sample two day meal plan, guidelines on what to avoid and what to include in your meal choices, and some simple ideas and recipes for meals, snacks, and breakfast options. This package is for anyone who does not necessarily need a full nutritional consultation and just wants to get clear on what healthy eating outside the Fuel plan looks like. We like to call this a little nutritional nudge and inspiration to make fresh, nutritious, and delicious food on those in between days.

  • A set of individualized guidelines, based on an intake questionnaire about what to avoid and what to enjoy in your diet to meet your specific health goals
  • 2 day meal plan complete with recipes
