In addition to the Fuel Nutrition meal delivery service we also offer a simple 3 or 5 day juice cleanse for those of you who want to give your body a jump start, shed a few pounds of toxic waste, or simply add a health tune up to your routine. Simple juice cleansing is a great way to recharge and rejuvenate the body, it will make you feel energized and looking more youthful. Although many people would like to do a short cleanse it is often difficult to add this to your daily routine if you do not already have the proper equipment, are not familiar with the process, or simply do not have the time. If this sounds like you we have the perfect solution! At Fuel Nutrition we offer a 3 or 5 day juice cleansing program depending on your needs. |

| *Both packages include the following daily portions: |
- 2 cleansing fiber drink mixes
- 4 500ml portions of fresh green juices (1 includeing beetroot and carrot in addition to the greens)
- 1 500ml portion of cayenne pepper, maple syrup, lemonade (based on the Master Cleanse formula)

- A complete guide outlining how to do the juice cleanse properly - this will be sent to you one week prior to your cleanse in order for you to follow the preparation guidelines as instructed.

If you are embarking on a juice cleanse for the first time or your have specific health concerns you may require some additional nutritional advice and support before, during and, after your cleanse. Guided by Michelle Waithe BaSc., RHN, PTS, Fuel’s Registered Holistic Nutritionist, this package provides individualized support via email and phone consultations to counsel you on specific lifestyle modifications and strategies to make the most out of your juice cleanse. Michelle will also advise you on the best choices to make outside of your Fuel meals to ensure and smooth transition into and out of your juice fast. |  | |

- Based on an intake questionnaire you will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for your cleanse tailored to your unique health goals and/or concerns
- Easy breakfast and snack ideas (recipes included) to use in between your Fuel meals while preparing for your cleanse and returning to your regular diet
- Resource handouts with lifestyle modifications to use before, during, and after the cleanse to assist the body in releasing stored toxins
- Specific supplement recommendations to prepare the body for cleansing and maintain cleansing benefits after the juice fast is completed.
